Target Profile

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development focused on cloud‑native or multi‑tenant infrastructure.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with a track record of building scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Experience deploying production‑grade services and APIs across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, Pub / Sub, AWS MSK, Confluent Cloud, Azure Events) and CDN integration across environments.

Project Overview & Deliverables

What You’ll Do

You’ll design and implement scalable backend systems in Python and TypeScript that abstract over cloud‑specific services to support multi‑tenant CDN delivery and messaging pipelines. The project will create reliable, polymorphic infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on‑prem environments.

We offer a pay range of $30+ per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.

All candidates must pass an interview as part of the contracting process. We are looking for independent consultants & contractors who run / operate their own business.
