To support the payroll function with capturing, filing, maintenance of systems and allocated payroll preparation and processing. Administer Time and Attendance, leave and ESS systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform payroll processing and legislative reporting.
- Perform Payroll processing and legislative reporting.
- Ensure that payroll information is captured accurately and timeously.
- Execute functions in alignment with payroll rules, SARS compliance and Payroll methods of calculation.
- Capture and process all new appointments, employee information changes and terminations accurately and timeously.
- Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Assist the with Ad hoc projects and activities.
- Maintain ESS and Time and Attendance software for allocated companies.
- Generate reports to the relevant Managers
- Advise HR of non-compliant trends on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain T&A System
- Audit system to ensure information is tracking correctly.
- Check timesheets have been updated and approved in time for payroll.
- Import overtime from the time and attendance system
- Assist with administrative tasks for payroll purposes (increase letters, etc)
