Job Summary
We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings with design studios, architectural firms, and high-end furniture retailers. You'll be at the forefront of expanding the firm's presence in the UK and U.S. markets, reaching out to decision-makers and booking 20 qualified appointments per month (10 UK, 10 US).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to design, architecture, and retail contacts
- Generate and book 20 qualified meetings per month (split between UK & US markets)
- Engage design professionals and decision-makers with authentic, value-driven conversations
- Research target firms and tailor outreach messaging to their design style and portfolio focus
- Use CRM and engagement tools (Apollo, Zoho Bigin, Klenty, HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and activity
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Track key metrics (calls, connects, meetings booked) and consistently meet monthly targets
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (remote sales a plus)Demonstrated success in cold calling or email outreach to UK and / or US marketsNative-level or C2 English proficiency, both spoken and writtenHands-on experience with CRM and engagement tools such as Apollo, Klenty, HubSpot, or SalesforceComfortable doing High Volume Cold calling when neededStrong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skillsProfessional, confident demeanour when engaging senior design professionalsBased in a time zone allowing UK & US outreach within 11 AM - 7 PM CETNice to Haves

Competitive base pay : €499 - €599 (depending on experience)
Fully remote position, aligned with UK / US calling hours (11 AM-7 PM CET)
