Minimum Qualification / Experience
- B Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience and knowledge of current Labour legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of business principles and HR environment
- Computer literate, knowledge of MPower & Kronos systems would be an advantage
- Experience in unionised environment a strong recommendation
