We are looking for an experienced Restaurant / Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage a dynamic team across restaurant or hospitality environments.

Requirements :

• Matric / High School; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant, food, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
