We are currently seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Principal Biostatistician at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

• Serve as lead biostatistician for multiple low to moderate complex studies.
• Provide input to statistical components of clinical studies (e.g. protocol, mock shells, SAP text, programmed deliverables)
• Develop statistical analysis plans and reporting specifications.
• Responsible for statistical aspects of CRF design and edit specifications.
• Perform statistical analyses and interprets results for simple to complex clinical studies.
• Review simple to complex randomization specifications and dummy randomization schemes.
• Participates in bid defense meetings.

Your profile

• Master's degree or Ph.D in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 5 or more years of biostatistical experience.
• Strong knowledge of multiple statistical and therapeutic areas, the drug development process, and statistical programming practices and procedures.
• Previous work experience in R coding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
