Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation : Load raw materials and run CNC programs to produce precision parts.
• Quality Control : Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and understand technical drawings to guide machining.
• Technical Support : Assist with machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance.
• Workplace Safety : Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with supervisors and fellow operators to meet production goals.
