Overview
As an SDR Manager, you will be focused on coaching and developing SDR reps for inbound marketing qualification to drive meetings, outbound calling to qualify, and to drive pipeline at targeted accounts. The Sales Development Manager is responsible for four main functions : driving new logo pipeline, expanding revenue from existing partners, generating playbooks and best practices for the SDRs, and career development of the team.
Our SDRs work closely with demand generation, integrated marketing, new business sales for new logos, and account managers responsible for upsell and cross-sell. The SDR Manager will oversee an entire inbound and outbound team which could grow to 10-12 people. The focus is on inbound, outbound, and dedicated projects to strategically build a pipeline for our payment acceptance platform, individual payment solutions, and revenue-generating extensions (value-add products) to our partners (ISOs, ISV – Software Companies, Regional Banks). This role requires strategic thinking in tactical execution, resource planning, goal setting, and identifying new or optimizing technologies used to build a strong sales pipeline.
