Role Overview
The Content Marketing Analyst will support the planning, creation, and distribution of content across multiple channels. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the coordinator will help manage timelines, workflows, and the content pipeline (editing, proofing, SEO). They will also assist with the upcoming website revamp by preparing templates, wireframes, and SME inputs.
Content Planning & Coordination
- Assist in executing content strategies aligned with company goals and campaign priorities.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for content initiatives.
- Support the Content Marketing Manager on the website revamp (templates, wireframes, SME input prep).
- Manage the content creation pipeline — editing, proofing, and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to develop assets such as whitepapers, guides, and podcasts.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and new content formats.
Content Creation & Repurposing
Draft, edit, and publish content for blogs, emails, and social media.Assist with blogs, whitepapers, and guides by handling repetitive tasks.Repurpose long-form content (webinars, reports) into shorter formats.Apply SEO best practices and optimize evergreen content.Distribution & Performance Tracking
Support content distribution across social, email, and website channels.Monitor and report on content performance metrics and recommend improvements.Qualifications
Experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to content creation or campaign coordination.Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.Skills
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot), CMS tools (WordPress), and design platforms (Canva, Figma, Adobe).Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Creative storyteller who enjoys producing clear, engaging content.Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented.Analytical mindset, eager to learn from performance data and optimize results.What Success Looks Like
