About the Role : Part-Time Full-Cycle Sales Associate

We’re looking for a part-time sales pro who can be the engine of our pipeline.

This is a 20-hour-a-week role (to start) for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys talking to new people, and is great at moving prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline.

You’ll handle the top and middle of the funnel : prospecting, discovery calls, and qualification - then pass qualified opportunities to the CEO.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Discovery & Qualification : Run 10 initial discovery calls per week (about 30 minutes each), digging into prospects’ needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Pipeline Mastery : Keep leads moving in our CRM, send follow-ups, and handle call reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Resource Prep : Help draft proposals, resources, and sales materials to speed up the sales cycle.
  • Smooth Handoffs : Your success is measured by how well you hand over opportunities - setting our CEO up to finalise the deals.
