Job descriptionClient communication and site inspections. Servicing of our Water filtration plants, i.e. knowledge of membranes, bag filters, pumps and motors. Chemical handling Plumbing experience / Pipe fitting experience Perform all diagnostics and analyses to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely, efficient manner. Install, upgrade, and maintain water purification equipment. Maintenance of plants on site Fault finding and repairs on site. Complete the job task checklist accurately and on time. Assist other employees with the delivery and installation of products / equipment. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Communicate in a positive manner with the office, co-workers and customers to maintain positive public relations for the company. Basic computer experience Basic Electrical knowledge Must be able to operate independently
Our client is seeking a Service Technician for their team in Port Elizabeth.
Location : Port Elizabeth
Requirements :
- Matric or equivelant
- Drivers License
- Plumbing and pipe fitting knowledge & experience not negotiable
- English with Afrikaans preferred
- Willingness to travel preferred
- Knowledge of Water filtration plants will be an advantage
- Electrical experience advantageous
- Borehole experience advantageous
