Biospan is a premium private chef & nutrition service supporting clients across the UK, Dubai and global markets. We place high-quality private chefs into families, athletes, executives and high-performance households, while delivering nutrition support and ongoing client management.

We're expanding — and we're hiring a driven Recruitment Sourcer based in South Africa to help us scale.

The Role

This role is NOT sales, and NOT long‑term client management — your core mission is fast, accurate delivery.

Compensation

Expected Earnings : R21k – R33k+ per month, depending on output.

Base Salary : R18,000 – R20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Bonuses : Performance bonuses based on number of placements

Promotion Path : 6–24 months roadmap with salary growth

Working Hours

Full‑time remote position. You'll typically work South Africa daytime hours, with overlap into UK times, but you may be required to work later during busy periods to overlap with U.S time when needed.
