Role Description

As an Audit Senior at Baran Audit & Assurance Services B.V., you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for planning and performing fieldwork, assessing risk, testing controls, and preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations. Your work will ensure the integrity and transparency of financial reporting, while maintaining compliance with evolving audit standards. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their operations, identify key audit areas, and deliver clear, actionable insights that support sound decision‑making. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of audit experience, strong analytical acumen, and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to professional excellence and client service.

Qualifications

• Audit, Accounting, and Financial Reporting skills
• Knowledge of audit methodologies and regulations
• 3 to 5 years experience in performing audit engagements and fieldwork
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Actively pursuing or holding a CA or equivalent certification
• Experience with audit software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
