Job descriptionLead and manage 3+ concurrent credit sales campaigns. Ensure timely rollout and brand compliance across all campaigns. Monitor KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue) via CRM tools. Conduct regular 1 : 1 coaching and track individual performance improvements. Maintain team productivity and quality benchmarks. Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with management and marketing to refine campaign strategies. Recommend data-driven improvements to messaging, targeting, and incentives. Share best practices and support onboarding for new initiatives. Matric 3–5 years in sales within a call centre environment with proven target achievement. 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in a multi-campaign call centre setting Strong campaign management and performance tracking skills. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling. Strong analytical, coaching, and communication abilities. Familiarity with ethical sales practices and regulatory standards.
