Production Manager

Minimum Requirements :

Must have a minimum of 5 years Production experience within the Automotive Manufacturing or Metal Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a Managerial capacity

Managerial experience in a Unionised environment with a proven track record in managing a large staff compliment

Minimum NQF Level 6 | Bachelors Degree in Engineering or National Diploma in Production Management or related field is required

Strong knowledge of Welding Processes essential

Proficiency in MS Office and Production Management Systems

Ability to drive problem-solving initiatives using PDCA | DMAIC | 8D and A3 Methodologies

Solid knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Techniques essential

High level of Integrity | Accountability and Decision-making

Valid Driver's License and own Transport required

Salary Structure :

Basic Salary of R 60 000, negotiable based on experience
