Job description

Our Client within the insurance industry is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Administrator.

As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operations and ensuring smooth administrative functionality.

Requirements :
  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Experience within the long term insurance or short term insurance industry will be beneficial
  • Experience on Blueprint will be a huge advantage
  • Computer literate

    • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential)
    • Willingness and ability to learn
    • Must be able to work under pressure
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Valid drivers license and own transport
    • Responsibilities :

    • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
    • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
    • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
