Sales Manager – Tele Sales

PSI-SUPER, South Africa’s trusted leader in premium homeware and kitchen solutions, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Outbound Tele Sales and Exhibits Division. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with a passion for luxury branding and direct consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize tele-sales operations to drive high-conversion performance
- Strategically plan and manage product exhibits across key events and venues
- Develop and execute direct marketing initiatives to expand brand reach
- Recruit, coach, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Analyze sales trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Uphold PSI-SUPER’s brand standards in all sales and marketing touchpoints
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role, with proven tele-sales successDirect marketing experience (advantageous)Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skillsValid driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)Willingness to work weekends / public holidays during exhibitionsBased in or willing to relocate to Ballito, KZNWhat We Offer
