Job description

Role Purpose :

This role includes managing Linux-based systems, Azure services, network infrastructure, and security platforms. The purpose of this role would be to work with the senior technical resources within the organisation, ensuring high availability, performance and security of both internal and client systems.

Cloud & Infrastructure Support (Azure-Focused)
Linux & Security Systems Administration
Networking & Core Infrastructure
Technical Support & Escalation Management
Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Ticket & Documentation Management

Additional Expectations :

Participate in after-hours support rotations for critical incidents and escalations.

Stay current with certifications and training related to Azure, SQL, and managed services.

Adhere to internal processes and documentation standards.
