Overview

IKAPACOM (PTY) Ltd is looking for high-performing, commission-driven Lead Generators who are ready to hustle, close, and earn big. This is a remote role with flexible working hours — perfect for go-getters who thrive on results and autonomy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
  • Book qualified meetings per week with decision-makers.
  • Identify client needs and present relevant office automation and telecom solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and deal closure.

Commission Structure

Earn up to 40% of total gross profit per deal. No cap – the more you sell, the more you earn.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A true hunter mentality – self‑motivated, persistent, and results‑driven.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation.
  • Ability to consistently book high‑quality, qualified meetings.
  • Own laptop and internet connection (we'll supply the rest – tools, training & support).
