We're looking for an organised, sharp Recruitment Administrator who excels at sourcing !
This is not a full-cycle (360) recruiter role. Your focus will be on two key areas : keeping our hiring process smooth and finding great passive candidates.
What You'll Do :
- Strategic Sourcing : Utilise expert Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates across niche tech roles.
- Pipeline Building : Build and nurture deep, diverse talent pools for current and future openings.
- Candidate Hand-off & Conversion : Conduct screening, confirm qualifications, and drive candidates to formally apply using a unique, provided tracking link. Following application submission, you are responsible for immediately logging the candidate's name in the designated tracker before officially handing off the warm lead to the Recruiter.
- Market Intelligence : Track competitor and market activity to inform our overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Automations : Creating automations through our CRM / Tracking Tool.
