Draughtsman

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Qualified Draughtsman and Certificate in 3D Designing (Highly Advantageous)
• Must have experience on Solidworks, AutoCad or Inventor
• Must have a valid drivers license & own vehicle
• 3 5 years experience in a similar role
• Minimum working experience in a mechanical engineering industry will be preferable
• 3D designing in engineering is essential
• Valves, hydraulics, and piping is essential (manufacturing / fabrication processes will be an added advantage)
• Strict adherence to industry standards, to ensure the designing of quality products that meet industry compliance standards
• Generate mechanical component models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, casting drawings, sheet metal, pipe routing and structural steel
• Generate CAD files for CNC machines
• Assist with drafting of Installation, operation and maintenance manuals, user guides, quick user guides, assembly guides, and any other essential End User documentations
• Manage and maintain proper records of documentation as required
