Role Description

This is a part‑time or full‑time remote role within our Marketing team at diginu. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while participating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest sales and marketing techniques. You will onboard restaurants, grocery and liquor stores in South Africa. Every order placed on the diginu app from the successfully onboarded stores will result in commission every single time, making the earning potential significant and dependent on your own effort.

Industry

R50 billion+ will be spent in 2025 on online food ordering in South Africa and 21.1 million people order online. This industry is huge, and as a result the commission is far above industry standard for marketing opportunities.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and potential leads effectively
• Experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop strategies to maximize opportunities
• B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customer) experience
• Willingness to participate in training and professional development programs
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities remotely
• Problem‑solving skills and a ‘go‑getter’ attitude
• Experience in the tech or e‑commerce industry a plus but not mandatory
