We are hiring two (2) Tender Engineers in the Hub business unit.

What will you do?
- Lead tender preparation in collaboration with supporting departments (Purchasing, Contract, Technical) to build competitive offers respecting customer needs.
- Collaborate in multi-business tender preparation and consolidate technical and financial data.
- Analyse simple to complex RFQ’s within core business and prepare a workable solution.
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals for the range of SE products by coordinating with the sales and engineering teams.
- Act as the company’s internal contact point for the customer during the enquiry and bidding process.
- Develop, negotiate and confirm contract specifications with the client, in-group and out-group suppliers, contractors, and OEM companies.
- Handle the costing process as part of the quotation process.
- Use standard quotation and pricing tools within the tendering process to produce quotations.
- Manage global tender risk analysis with multi-functional teams Solution Risk Managers (SRMs) & Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Review and approve tender price / costing estimates and submit for management approval in accordance with the tendering processes.
- Perform and initiate risk analysis on projects and ensure alignment with SE Business Policies.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental and safety regulations and professional standards.
- Submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide responses to any subsequent requests and clarification.
- Support sales teams in negotiations with the customer and convert opportunities to purchase orders.
- Clarify purchase order receipt and prepare a detailed handover documentation for execution of the project.
- Monitor and review the performance of tendering process through preassigned KPIs.
- Perform Lessons Learned analysis on both won / lost opportunities and contribute to quotation tools improvements.
