Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering .
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative or site-based role.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily site security operations in line with company security protocols, including proper shift handovers.
Liaise with the Site Supervisor and planning team to align on production schedules and requirements.
Maintain an up-to-date drawing register received from the professional team, ensuring correct filing on the site laptop / tablet and distribution to relevant subcontractors.
Organize and manage construction drawings on the drawing rack, archiving outdated revisions and maintaining records until project completion.
Update bulk material schedules daily to ensure cost accuracy and prevent overruns.
Update and monitor the project programme weekly, submitting progress reports to the Quantity Surveyor (QS) for monthly evaluations.
Participate in subcontractor and coordination meetings as required.
Complete and submit daily plant hire control schedules and weekly timesheets to head office.
