The Opportunity

We are a paid-for-performance ad agency and publisher, specializing in highly selective, results-driven partnerships. We are seeking a proactive and tenacious Affiliate Partnerships Manager to be the engine of our growth. This is a remote role for a creative "hustler" who will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new brands to our network. We negotiate favorable terms so that both companies can scale.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly structured, metrics-driven environment with a clear 30 / 60 / 90-day plan for success. This role is a fit for a "quality filter" able to identify leaders and build mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Qualification : Conduct heavy multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, partner portals, networks) to identify brands that fit our performance model. Vet brands for quality, unique products, and ability to work with paid search policies. Creatively source new brand leads and identify leaders in their space.
  • Pitching & Negotiation : Pitch our paid performance model and negotiate favorable terms, coordinate test budgets, launch plans, compliance, and creative needs to onboard new brands. Secure final approvals on brand terms, paid search allowances, and trademark bidding policies.
  • Process & Management : Maintain our pipeline in a CRM with weekly reporting on sourced, qualified, negotiating, and closed deals. Document repeatable playbooks (Prospecting, Outreach, Qualification, Negotiation, Reporting). Ensure tracking hygiene (UTMs, partner IDs) and establish clear feedback loops. Track metrics like win rate, time-to-close, and ramp to first profitable month; prune low-likelihood deals.
  • Onboarding & Growth (First 90 Days) : Day 1-30 – Build and validate ICP, draft outreach sequences, compile 150-250 targets, secure 10-15 discovery calls. Day 31-60 – Close 2-3 programs with paid search terms, launch 1-2 pilots, finalize term sheets. Day 61-90 – Achieve ≥1 profitable partnership, begin backfilling repetitive tasks to a future SDR, present quarterly growth plan.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience : Proven experience in sales or marketing with emphasis on outreach, negotiation, and lead qualification.
  • Mindset : Tenacious, quality-focused self-starter motivated by metrics and results.
  • Skills :
  • Creative approach to identifying opportunities and negotiating with brands and affiliate networks.

  • Meticulous attention to detail for managing contracts, terms, and data.
  • Strong communication skills to advocate for our value.
  • Proficiency in CRM and PM software (e.g., HubSpot, Asana) is a plus.
  • Compensation & Logistics

  • Budget : Strong base with an on-target commission of $400 - $700 USD / month plus uncapped commission. Opportunity for commission increase with performance.
  • Commission : Driven by KPIs such as appointments set and closed deals.
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday with some crossover to EST hours.
  • Notes : This description reflects the responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation as provided. It is not a complete job posting and may be subject to change.
