We are looking for an Junior Change Manager to join our Project Management team within Decision Inc.. Good communication organizational and leadership skills are a must and great technical ability is advantageous. There will be exposure to a wide range of industries so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.

What Will You Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Change Manager Responsibilities
Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness interviews with key stakeholders review of existing business processes vs. to be and kick off the Change Ambassador network
Apply structured change management methodology and tools in order to create a Change Management Strategy which will support adoption and adaptation to the changes required by the relevant technology implementation
Execute the designed Change Management Strategy and associated change interventions
Design and deliver structured measurement of the success of the Change Management stream
o Contribute to the financial planning process within area where required.
o Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
o Manage financial and other company resources under your control with due respect.
o Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in

Prosci Change Management Certification (highly regarded in consulting).
