Job description

Duties Would Include

  • Engage with principals and freight agents
  • Generating shipping Price, shortage, damage and returns claims.
  • To email shipping claims to overseas principals and follow up outstanding credit notes
  • General administration duties

Job Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • 3 years customer service / administration experience
  • Previous experience in Book master would also be advantageous
  • Previous exposure to a customer service / administrative environment
  • Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and administrative skills
  • Efficient and deadline driven
  • Computer literacy – MS Office with sound Excel skills
  • Very good communication skills – oral and written
  • The ability to foster relations with principals / suppliers and freight agents
