As we expand our operations, we seek a talented and motivated Technical Project Manager and Technical Project Engineers with expertise in Office 365, Desktop, Cloud-based Infrastructure, and Virtualization to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate, Configure, and Deploy Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Migrations from on-prem server(s) to Office 365 a plus
  • Deploy Desktop Solutions. Assist with software installations for the project teams. Knowledge of and experience with Intune deployments a plus
  • Setup & Administer Windows Server Infrastructure : Configure, Deploy and Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and related server administration tasks
  • Security : Implement appropriate measures to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of IT systems
  • Collaborate on IT Projects : Work closely with the IT team to support systems after deployment.
  • Document IT Processes : Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in IT support roles with expertise in Office 365, Azure, desktop support, and server administration
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Storage
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
  • Experience in supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
  • Familiarity with managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
