Role Overview

The Operations Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the client, supporting both consulting engagements and side ventures. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills — someone who can anticipate needs, manage diverse projects, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the consulting business, including scheduling, communication, and task coordination.
  • Manage and track deliverables across multiple side projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct online research and data gathering to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Clean, organize, and analyze data using Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Identify and implement new productivity tools or systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support reporting and documentation needs as required.

Hard Skills Required

  • Advanced Excel and data organization capabilities.
  • Strong research, analysis, and information synthesis skills.
  • Familiarity with workflow and productivity tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
