We operate as a dedicated extension of our U.S.-based clients\' teams, delivering high-quality service with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch. Our U.S. client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot CRM & Automation Coordinator to support day-to-day HubSpot workflows and automations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HubSpot who is comfortable setting up and managing simple to medium-level workflows, with growth into more advanced automations over time.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Working Hours : EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15 : 00 to midnight South Africa time — subject to change with US daylight savings).
• You may be required to work on South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with BCEA).
• Internet Requirements : Fixed fibre line with minimum speed 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection. Applications without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup : Reliable power backup is required to manage load shedding and outages. Applications without power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment : Fully remote role.
