Manage warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams.
- Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery.
- Manage support staff and the customer collection area.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements :
5+ years in logistics or operations management.Strong organisational and staff supervision skills.Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls.Experience working in similar long lead time, 10,000+SKU import / distribution model businesses.Warehouse experience (both DC and client-facing).Experience managing customer service including reverse logistics and technical support.Willing to travel nationally at least 1 week per month.Beneficial Requirements :
