Sales Position for a Skin Care Brand

Our sales department is looking for a strong team player to join the Dynamic Sales Team for a well-known skin care brand. The successful applicant is required to be independent, self-motivated, self-confident, driven, display punctuality, accuracy, and a spirit of innovation. This position is based in Hillcrest, Kwazulu-Natal.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Servicing existing stockists
  • Opening new accounts
  • Administration
  • Driving and achieving sales objectives
  • Setting up budgets
  • Monthly Reports
  • Building, maintaining, and nurturing client relationships

Knowledge and Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Solid understanding of skin care and regulatory requirements and issues
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Ability to adapt easily
  • Self-Driven & Self-Motivated
  • Desired Experience & Qualification

    Qualifications : Matric

    Qualified Skin Care Therapist or National Diploma in Somatology (Advantageous)

    Relevant National Diploma or Degree

    Experience :

    Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in the skin care industry

    Minimum 3 years sales experience – Essential

    Requirements : Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle essential
