Group Aftersales Finance Analyst – NSO (Centurion)

Job responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, analyze and interpret strategic and financial inputs from Group Aftersales within the National Sales Organisation (NSO).
- Manage the overheads function for Group Parts in conjunction with the overheads analyst.
- Compile the Group Parts Finance Review deviation analysis and review presentation.
- Work closely with Group Parts – logistics to ensure Landed Cost Factors align with target and update logistics department on KPI.
- Perform monthly Group Parts balance sheet reconciliations (Incentives, Inventory, Variable Cost Provisions etc.).
- Perform logistics cost of sales TPL analysis schedule and generate finance review information on LCOS.
- Prepare Parts Obsolescence report and review current provisions; ensure accuracy on an ongoing basis.
- Assist the Financial Controller with verifying Parts scrap report.
- Support the Financial Controller in preparing strategic projects that achieve key objectives set by the division and have a financial impact on the organisation.
- Assist the Group Aftersales Finance Controller in reviewing, recommending and documenting financial controls of the Group Parts department.
- Handle other ad-hoc requests that arise in the Group Aftersales Business.
Qualifications
Post‑Matric qualifications, National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in financial management, accounting or equivalent.Minimum 3‑5 years financial experience in the motor or related industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.Sound understanding of financial principles.Analytically minded; able to work accurately with financial details.Effective listening and communication skills at all levels.Well‑developed interpersonal skills.Application details
