The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and interviewing candidates, consulting with clients, and providing support throughout the hiring process.

Daily tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.

The consultant will also maintain communication with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.QualificationsProven recruitment experience within the hospitality industryDeep knowledge and experience of headhunting and sourcing difficult to find talentAbility to work and achieve targets in a fast paced environmentConsulting and Interviewing skillsStrong Communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and on-siteExperience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field is beneficialBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
