Job descriptionPrepare, analyse, and present monthly financial results to management. Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts packs. Conduct comprehensive financial and variance analysis. Monitor, manage, and forecast short- and long-term cash flows. Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Conduct costing analysis to support production and profitability. Review and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain and forecast cash flow and liquidity. Review and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures. Drive compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies. Engage in product costing and provide insight on cost efficiencies. Support audits and statutory reporting. Maintain complete, accurate financial accounting records. Prepare and manage annual budgets and perform variance analysis. Ensure accurate application of IFRS in financial statements and reports. Assist in preparation of annual financial statements and audit readiness. Analyse and address stock variances as per monthly stock take. Maintain and manage the fixed asset register.

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
- 2–3 years post-article working experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial ERP systems.
