Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic Program Management Office in the fintech industry. This role is critical in supporting company-wide initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Requirements

Key Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to :

Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Development, Business Intelligence, Studio, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other supporting departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Facilitate collaboration between departments to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency
Support vendor and third-party provider management by monitoring deliverables and aligning timelines
Prepare and execute operational readiness plans for brand launches and critical initiatives
Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across operational areas.
Document project requirements, milestones, and lessons learned to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field (Master's is a plus)

3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, or similar)

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO methodologies are considered a strong advantage

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive collaboration

Time Management Skills : ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adaptability to High-Performing Environments : proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team and to adapt to a dynamic environment.
