Overview
Keeper is an Australian based recruitment agency working in a niche area of finance. We are looking for a South Africa based sourcer who can take ownership of candidate sourcing while helping me with light marketing and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
- Create search strings and Boolean queries
- Conduct Teams calls
- Send outreach messages and manage candidate tracking spreadsheets
- Help maintain CRM records with updated candidate data and notes
- Draft job ads and assist with basic marketing such as LinkedIn posts or email campaigns
- Conduct market research and build candidate maps
Required Skills and Experience
1 to 3 or more years in recruitment, marketing or salesStrong written English and confident communicationComfortable working remotely with autonomyAble to overlap at least 2 to 3 hours with Australian business hoursBonus Points For
Proficient with LinkedIn sourcing, Google Docs or Sheets and at least one ATS or CRMExperience sourcing finance or tech roles or working with Australian or UK clientsAbility to draft simple LinkedIn posts or edit templates in CanvaOffer and Benefits
