Responsibilities
- Lead with Strategy : Develop and execute impactful consumer marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Innovate Digitally : Own our digital platforms and content, running high-performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social) that drive engagement and results.
- Deeply Understand Consumers : Utilise consumer insights, research, and data analytics to map the consumer journey and create loyalty-building interventions.
- Collaborate and Influence : Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and aligned messaging.
- Ensure Compliance : Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to SAHPRA and ASA codes.
Qualifications
Experience : 3-5 years in a consumer brand management role, with a strong track record of success in the digital space. Experience in the FMCG or OTC industries is a big plus.Education : A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.Skills : Expertise in digital marketing, consumer insights, social media management, and campaign execution.Portfolio : A portfolio or case studies that demonstrate your success and the results you've achieved.Key Attributes : You are a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
