What you will do :

• Edit weekly 10-15 min YouTube videos (faceless "job leads" and reaction / commentary formats)
• Use modern editing styles inspired by creators like Ali Abdaal, Chloe Monaco, and Tiffany Ferguson
• Design clickable thumbnails consistent with Paybump's brand
• Add B-roll, captions, and visuals to boost engagement and retention
• Source royalty-free music and stock footage as needed
• Maintain visual consistency across all videos
• Track key metrics (CTR, retention, subscriber growth) to refine editing
• Deliver final videos within 24 hours of receiving raw footage
• Securely work with customers' sensitive information
