Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of spa treatments including facials, massages, body wraps, and other therapeutic services.

• Customize treatments based on guests needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a serene ambiance in the spa area at all times.
• Ensure all spa products and tools are sanitized and replenished as per health and safety standards.
• Promote spa packages, upsell retail products, and support overall revenue goals.
• Keep accurate records of treatments and customer preferences for personalized service.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals and participate in wellness promotional events onboard.
• Remain updated on the latest industry trends and techniques in beauty and wellness.
