Duties & Responsibilities

Lead month-end financial reporting and present accurate financial results to management.
Manage cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Oversee trade finance, creditor / debtor control, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure full statutory and tax compliance.
Manage inventory, costing, and stock control across multiple warehouses.
Supervise ERP system integration and improvements (SYSPRO preferred).
Prepare and review financial statements, management packs, and board reporting.
Partner with directors on financial planning, risk management, and business growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

Finance degree – essential.

Minimum 5 years experience in a finance management or senior accounting role.

Proven track record in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Strong systems experience (SYSPRO preferred).

Experience with stock control – essential.

Hands-on, deadline-driven leader with excellent communication and attention to detail.
