Chief Operating Officer

As part of the executive leadership team, you will work closely with the CFO and global stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, and long-term growth.

Duties

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive performance, profitability, and process improvement.
• Implement best practices across logistics, supply chain, and customer operations.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and operational risk management in line with global standards.
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across multiple business units.

Education and experience : CA(SA)

Proven success in executive operations management; CFO experience will be a strong advantage.

Exceptional commercial insight and hands‑on leadership capability.
