The Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing and creative.

You're equal parts strategic thinker and compelling copywriter - someone who owns the creative vision behind our paid social campaigns while writing the scripts, briefs, and copy that bring them to life.

This isn't just about pretty ads - it's about understanding customer pain points, crafting messages that resonate, and driving real growth through performance-focused creative that converts.

You should be the kind of person who obsesses over hook rates, studies competitor ads for fun, and gets genuinely excited when you crack a winning angle.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Planning

• Develop end-to-end creative strategies aligned with customer acquisition targets
• Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to keep our creative cutting-edge
• Map out creative testing roadmaps and campaign calendars
