The Client is a leading player in the automotive solutions space. As an Applications Service Desk Support Consultant , you’ll be the heartbeat of our client's support team, helping internal and external customers navigate the IMS / DMS systems. You’ll provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and loves making a difference through service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Early morning system checks and daily application support
  • Resolving support tickets and escalating where needed
  • Providing top-tier customer service via phone and remote support

Requirements :

  • IT-related Degree / Diploma
  • 3+ years’ experience with DMS applications (Autoline, Automate, Drive, Evolve, etc.)
  • Experience in the motor industry is a big plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in a support desk environment
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
