Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Manage demo fleet allocations and returns
  • Process vehicle invoices and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain and update fleet records and databases
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., dealers, importers / OEM, and finance)
  • Support asset transfers and acquisitions in line with company policy
  • Ensure compliance with operational and financial controls
  • Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations
  • Provide support during audits and resolve fleet-related queries
  • Attend to requests for quotations from relevant business functions
  • Update operating systems with calculations and dealer quotes
  • Convert signed quotes into deals and prepare delivery documents
  • Activate deals and ensure goods are received on the system once delivery is completed
  • Engage with relevant business functions on contracts reaching end of term and action accordingly
  • Coordinate the order and distribution of vehicles and value-added services as per customer request
  • Ensure systems are updated with relevant vehicle and driver information
  • Ensure eTag and fuel cards are linked to the correct vehicle and driver
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Fleet management / Supply Chain / Logistics or similar (preferred)
  • Experience in the fleet management is an added advantage
  • Sound understanding of the automotive industry at large
