Overview

The Intelligent Automation Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technological solutions, focusing on intelligent automation. The role analyzes business processes, identifies opportunities for automation, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions using AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA). The analyst will work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to deploy automation projects that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
