Salary : R25 000 R35 000 CTC

What the job involves..

Working closely with a copywriter to conceptualise and execute campaigns

Creating ideas that are both creatively excellent and strategically sound

Developing integrated campaigns that stretch across digital social video print and OOH

Selling your ideas to clients confidently and clearly

Managing the rollout of creative work across multiple brand touchpoints

Overseeing and art directing shoots

Keeping visual identity consistent across channels

Mentoring and guiding junior designers

Staying up to date with creative trends and technologies

Reporting into the Creative Director

What you need to be considered..

4 5 years experience as an Art Director or Designer in a TTL or digital agency

A strong well-presented portfolio of campaign and design work this is non-negotiable

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia tools

Experience designing for digital social mobile print

Excellent grasp of typography layout and composition

Awareness of UX / UI principles and current design trends

Confident communication and presentation skills

Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or similar

Collaborative mindset and a passion for making work that moves the needle

Bonus points if you..

Have experience art directing shoots

Are confident working directly with clients

Enjoy mentoring junior creatives
