Job descriptionAccounts payable function On a fortnightly basis, creditors will include all contractors, mileage claims and expense claims. Ensure that the monthly operational fee invoices are raised correctly and accurately. Assist the manager with the annual audit Reconciliation of the VAT reports and the VAT control account before a VAT return is submitted monthly Ensure the balance sheet is accurate for reporting purposes. Strong leadership and team management skills High level of self-motivation and initiative Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Confident and sound decision-making ability Excellent organizational and communication skills.
