Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial results
• Manage reconciliations of accounts bank statements and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes tracking variances and highlighting risks or opportunities
• Oversee expense management and implement cost-control initiatives in line with business objectives
• Provide input into payroll processing and statutory submissions (VAT PAYE and other returns)
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare year-end audit files
• Maintain effective financial systems processes and controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensure timely processing of payments and manage transactional banking requirements
• Provide financial insights and reporting to management for decision-making purposes
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure adherence to company financial policies
