Responsibilities :
- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
- Develop audience targeting strategies and creative testing approaches
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
- Provide clear, insightful performance reports and recommendations to clients or internal teams
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and senior strategists to enhance campaign outcomes
- Stay informed on new trends, tools, and platform updates within the digital advertising landscape
Requirements :
24 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related analytics toolsStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)Google Ads and / or Meta Blueprint certification advantageousProven track record of achieving campaign goals and managing multiple client accountsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaborativelyIdeal Candidate :
