Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and creative testing approaches
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
  • Provide clear, insightful performance reports and recommendations to clients or internal teams
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and senior strategists to enhance campaign outcomes
  • Stay informed on new trends, tools, and platform updates within the digital advertising landscape

Requirements :

  • 24 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Google Ads and / or Meta Blueprint certification advantageous
  • Proven track record of achieving campaign goals and managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
